Platform Rules and Player Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bqji ("bqji", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bqji website located at https://bqji.io, including all associated gaming services, sportsbook features, promotional programmes, account management tools, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a bqji account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how access is obtained — whether via web browser on desktop, mobile browser on Android or iOS, or any other access method. bqji reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. bqji reserves the right to request documentation confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending investigation.

To access real-money gaming services on the bqji Platform, you must register an account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. The information required during registration includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

You agree that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of the Platform will be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fictitious registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will all be suspended and any balances forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. bqji will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

• bqji reserves the right to refuse account registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons.

bqji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices and responsible gaming obligations. All players are required to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals and may be required to verify identity at other stages of their account lifecycle at bqji's discretion.

Acceptable identity documents for verification include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Birth registration certificate in combination with a secondary supporting document
• Utility bill or bank statement (for proof of address, issued within the last three months)
• Mobile banking account verification screenshot (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) matching the registered payment method

bqji reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, place account holds, or close accounts where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified. Players who fail to complete verification within 30 days of a verification request may have their accounts permanently closed.

bqji accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated on the deposits page. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• bqji does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your bqji wallet balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 60 seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions.
• bqji reserves the right to return a deposit to its source payment method if identity verification cannot be completed or if a deposit is flagged by bqji's fraud prevention systems.
• Deposited funds may only be used for real-money wagering on the bqji Platform. Deposits cannot be transferred to other players.

bqji employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all deposit flows to ensure that your financial information is protected at every stage of a transaction. Payment credentials are never stored in plain text on bqji systems.

Players may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise specified. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended in cases requiring additional verification or fraud screening.
• bqji does not impose fees on standard withdrawal requests. Any charges imposed by the receiving payment provider are beyond bqji's control.

• bqji reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity has been identified.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, bqji may delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.

bqji offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. The general conditions applicable to all bqji bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the time frame specified in the relevant promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified per offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the promotion terms.

bqji does not alter, manipulate, or influence the outcome of any game. All game outcomes are determined by independently tested Random Number Generators (RNGs) that ensure genuine randomness and fairness. • Live in-play bets are accepted during the event at bqji's discretion. bqji reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
• In the event that an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for the relevant sport as displayed on the sportsbook page.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Any bet placed on an incorrect or erroneous price due to a manifest error may be voided by bqji. A manifest error is defined as an odds entry that is materially inconsistent with the fair market price at the time.
• Winnings on sports bets are credited to the player's bqji wallet balance upon official settlement of the relevant market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bqji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or to facilitate the proceeds of any criminal offence
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform — any such discovery must be reported immediately to [email protected]
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Placing bets on both sides of an outcome using multiple accounts (arbitrage abuse)
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed by bqji
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward bqji staff or other players

bqji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected
• KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified
• Fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity is suspected
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder
• A court order or regulatory direction requires account restriction
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms (for example, a voluntary self-exclusion or account closure request by the player), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable verification checks have been completed.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bqji reserves the right to withhold any or all balance pending investigation and to offset any losses, costs, or damages caused by the breach against the withheld balance.

All content on the bqji Platform — including but not limited to software, code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the bqji brand identity — is the proprietary property of bqji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform software or content
• Use the bqji name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context without prior written consent
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application

Any unauthorised use of bqji intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may result in legal proceedings for infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bqji and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or revenue due to technical malfunction, server outage, or internet connectivity failure
• Any delay in game loading, bet settlement, or payment processing attributable to circumstances beyond bqji's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform

bqji's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bqji is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment. Gambling on the bqji Platform is intended as a form of adult entertainment and must never be viewed as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bqji operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through bqji's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact bqji's support team at [email protected] and allow a minimum of 30 days for bqji to investigate and respond to your complaint. bqji will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

• All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]".
• bqji will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 14 business days.
• Where a dispute relates to a specific game outcome or sports bet settlement, bqji will liaise with the relevant game provider or data feed supplier to obtain the official result data.
• bqji's decision on any complaint shall be final unless overturned through a valid arbitration process initiated within 60 days of bqji's written decision.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect your interests pending the outcome of an arbitration process.
